Rowing
technique
A good rowing technique is important to ensure better results and helps to prevent injuries. Start with your legs straight, your back leaning slightly backwards and your forearms horizontal.Extend your arms forward while rocking your body forward from the hips. Bend your knees and slide forward until your lower legs are vertical and your body is pressing against your legs. Drive backwards by extending your legs and lean slightly backwards with your body. LAs your body stops levering back, pull the handle bar to your body, keeping your forearms horizontal. By rowing at moderate effort you can burn 400-600 Kcal per hour, depending on your body weight.
